Return & Exchange Policy

At Storybook Trading Company, we strive to offer high-quality, unique apparel designed in collaboration with our in-house designer. Because our products are made-to-order through Printful, we follow specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges:
1. Order Issues
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@storybooktrading.com. We will gladly resolve any issues, including replacements or refunds, as appropriate.
2. Return Policy
Since each item is produced on-demand, we do not accept returns due to sizing issues or changes of mind. Please ensure that you carefully review the size charts and product details before making a purchase.
Exceptions:
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
3. Exchanges
We only accept exchanges if the product you receive is damaged or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item with a photo and description of the issue.
4. Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Swimsuits
- Jewelry
- Gift cards
- Items with no defects
5. Processing Returns/Refunds
Once we approve your return or exchange, we will process it promptly and notify you via email. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
6. Shipping Costs
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping costs for returns. If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping.
7. Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at your expense.
